Lower-pressure doors in.
Not every kid is ready to sit across from someone and talk. Groups and events are lower-pressure doors in: some structured, some just showing up somewhere together.
Groups
Once a month I run one intensive group: one day, four and a half hours, lunch included. It's not quite a session with more people in the room, but it's close. Everyone brings what they're dealing with, and I work the model as it applies to each of them, roughly one concept an hour, with games mixed in throughout.
It runs with a minimum of three kids, and it's $125 per kid. If a few families already know each other and want to go through it together, we can put that group together on request instead of waiting for the next open one.
It's not an open drop-in. You come in for a consult first, so we can figure out together whether this group is the right fit for your kid, or whether they need something more specific.

Events
Sometimes the easiest way through the door is to not have to talk at all. I show up at local events, sometimes that's a scheduled thing, sometimes it's "I'll be there, come find me." Everything's voluntary: show up, don't, leave early, no explanation needed. I pour the glass, I set it down, and whoever's thirsty picks it up.
