We believe symptoms (anxiety, disconnection, people-pleasing, etc.) are often adaptations to something deeper. Our trauma-focused lens helps uncover those layers so you can stop reacting from old wounds and start responding from a place of self-awareness and choice.
Less textbook, more “let’s work through this in real-time.”
Gestalt and experiential therapies are all about what’s happening in the here-and-now—in your body, your emotions, your relationships. It’s not just talking about the past. It’s noticing how the past shows up right now and working with it directly.
Bonus: it’s more engaging than staring at the ceiling and saying “I don’t know” for 45 minutes.

In EFT, we focus on how people get stuck in negative emotional cycles—especially in relationships—and help them find new ways to connect, communicate, and feel safe with each other.
It’s especially powerful in couples and family work, but the principles apply to all human connection (even with yourself).
