Our Commitment

UpLoft PLLC is committed to ensuring digital accessibility for people with disabilities.   • Custom-Built Site: This site is custom-built rather than template-based, which lets us verify accessibility directly rather than relying on a third-party platform's defaults.
  • Contrast Standards: All text/background color combinations are checked against WCAG AA contrast requirements (minimum 4.5:1 for body text) as part of our design process.
  • Keyboard Navigation: The website is designed to be fully navigable using only a keyboard, with visible focus indicators on every interactive element (links, buttons, and navigation items).
  • Readable Structure: We use clear, semantic HTML headings (H1, H2, H3) to support navigation by screen readers, and prioritize high-contrast text against our background colors.
  • Reduced Motion Support: Visitors who have indicated a system-level preference for reduced motion will not be shown animated transitions or hover effects.
  • Descriptive Text: We provide alt text for all images, including the logo, to ensure visual information is conveyed to users utilizing screen readers.
